With an emphasis on commercial development planning, Jared advises clients throughout the real estate lifecycle, including site selection, construction and permitting timelines, asset stabilization, and disposition strategies. He combines local market knowledge with an understanding of national retail concepts to help clients identify opportunities, maximize property potential, and support long-term investment growth.
With 19 years of ties to Central Texas, Jared brings a strong understanding of the Austin metropolitan market and its continued growth. His background includes direct experience working alongside his father, Greg Vincent, a Senior Commercial Lender and Developer, on numerous commercial real estate developments throughout the Austin market. This experience, combined with his exposure to commercial mortgage lending and underwriting, provides Jared with a unique perspective on the capital structures, financing considerations, and investment strategies involved in acquiring and holding commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining St. Croix Capital Realty Advisors, Jared was an All-State collegiate Division I baseball athlete at Centenary College of Louisiana. He completed his collegiate career at Texas State University in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the McCombs School of Business.
